Zain is currently pursuing his PhD in the Health Research Methodology program at McMaster University and serves as a research fellow affiliated with St. Joseph’s Centre for Integrated Care. He completed his Master of Science degree in eHealth, during which he conducted a population study on primary care patient experiences and digital health access.

Zain is committed to utilizing health system data to inform evidence-based decision-making, with a particular focus on enhancing patient experiences and strengthening primary care integration for the benefit of older populations.
